A fun and exhilarating dance fitness class where you get to experience the lights and show of strictly coupled with a great tempo gym class, this is perfect for all ages and ability levels, no dance experience is necessary, Just bring comfortable gym clothing and bring yourselves and a smile!

Please note that if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 before you attend our classes, do not attend and let us know immediately. If you develop symptoms after your class then please let us know immediately so we can take the appropriate action needed under the government guidelines. We take everyone's health and safety extremely seriously and always strive to have a safe, healthy and clean environment for people to dance and enjoy themselves in. If you are unable to attend any of our classes or private lessons advertised we will need at least 24 hours notice if you are not attending. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to get a refund on the money you have paid for that session you are not able to attend. We understand that there maybe exceptional circumstances and situations contrary to this, which would be left to the principles discretion. When attending our classes please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class is about to start. Lymm Branch information: If you are attending classes in Lymm then please note there is free parking in Lymm parish council car park which is just of pepper street.
